For the 2012 Christmas to New Year holiday, Atlanta Chapter Chair Steve Combs sailed a 32′ Gemni 3200 catamaran Blue Water Walker from Key West to Dry Tortugas to Jacksonville with a new owner and crew of 4. This was the return trip from the Jax to Key West delivery our Surfrider crew did in March. (See the March pics HERE.)
I paddled an inflatable SUP around Fort Jefferson at the Dry Tortugas (70 miles west of Key West). Pics are below. ) The aerial shot of the fort is courtesy of the U.S. National Park Service. Fuller dropped by the boat in Key West to say hello during his dive trip.
