The Atlanta Chapter hosted a clean up at Stone Mountain Park on October 2, 2011 in support of Surfrider Foundation’s RAPTOBERFEST “Rise Above Plastics” program. Our Plastic Bag Coalition partner One More Generation also attended the event. This year’s RAPTOBERFEST was supported by our national sponsors CLIF Bar and Rusty; our local sponsors providing stand up paddle boards High Country Outfitters, Paddle Anywhere, Surf Blue Ridge, and Energy Watersports.
