The Atlanta Chapter traveled to Chattanooga on October 1, 2011 for the final race of the SUP Splash Series. Surfrider Foundation Atlanta Chapter member Wes Stolp was the series winner for the 5-race series with 3 first place wins (Lanier, Savannah, and Blue Ridge), a second place (Chattanooga) and a third Place (St. Pete). Other Surfrider members participating in the race included Steve Combs, Fred Franklin, Coty Pinckney, and Chris Tilghman. Surfrider also met up with our friends at High Country Outfitter.
